The Fragility Fracture and Falls Audit Programme (FFFAP)

The Falls and Fragility Fracture Audit Programme (FFFAP) is a national clinical audit programme commissioned by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) and is managed by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).

The programme was established in 2014 as part of the National Clinical Audit Programme (NCAPOP).
